Glossary - Spam-trap

Some technically skilled spam-fighters operate special eMail addresses called "spam traps" that help in determining the supply points of eMail lists operated by spammers.  Although some other types of electronic addresses are occasionally configured as spam traps, the well-known traps target eMail spam.
